Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we don’t take any returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please reach out and we can discuss a solution.

We use AUS POST for all our orders with a tracking number, everything Is carefully placed and packaged for your convenience.

This is the different card sizes the Hot Wheels packaging comes in. As we also accept old stock as trade ins, some items we take in come in a smaller card variable. The car is exactly the same, just simply smaller or bigger packaging.

Out mystery boxes have a variety of cool items, ranging from new to old stock that people may have traded in.

We go through all our stock weekly and arrange items into a larger bucket with more common items from the new box. We also then chuck in 1 treasure hunt per 20 cars. When a mystery box is purchased, we randomly select 3 items and place them in a box ready to ship to your door.!

This is simply to get the kids in on the fun! Here at THC we have kids, and we understand what it’s like purchasing a collectible and the little one trying to get their chocolate fingers on it. The stock provided for this is 1x car, mainly common stock, or even older stock that may have a slightly bent card. There going to rip it open anyways right….These are randomly assorted.
